Mdm Valencia has started practicing yoga more than 25 years ago and was introduced to yoga by a friend. Initially, it was merely a form of exercise to me but I soon became more interested in it as I discovered and experienced the beneficial effects of practicing yoga.

Most importantly, my back condition improved by leaps and bounds. With encouragement from my friends, I took up a professional course to become a yoga instructor to help others who are interested in practicing yoga to stay fit and healthy.

Besides yoga, I have also updated my skills to include facial, body massage, stone message, Reiki heeling and TCM methods to enhance my lessons.
