Psalms Music School (Potong Pasir)

Psalms Music School began humbly in 2004 at Potong Pasir. We want to bring the music school closer to the heartland neighbourhood. The aim is to bring a good quality music education and development for the children living nearby. We want to bring the joy of making music closer to children. We believe that music is a gift to us all and we can derive a life time enjoyment in making music, playing with an instrument or simply just appreciating it.

We take pride in our staff, many who have been with us for a long time, and know we have some of the most knowledgeable consultants in the industry. We offer the following music courses at both our centres at Potong Pasir and Farrer Road:

Musikgarten is the preeminent early childhood music education programme developed in the United States. The Musikgarten curricula covers children from birth to age nine, offering parents a complete six-year developmental plan. Children are innately drawn to music. And why shouldn’t they be? They have been listening to the rhythm and melody of their mother’s voice since the fourth month after conception. Children learn best through moving and listening. Music and movement classes will help them grow and develop into successful students.

• Family Music for babies/toddlers
• Cycle of Seasons for kindergardeners.
• Music Makers – Piano group classes for Pre-schoolers.
