Since the Flavours 'n' Spices inception in 1988, we have enjoyed the reputation of providing top-quality Kueh Pie Ti Cups (dainty pastry shells) and Penang Specialties to hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments in Singapore. 

We have now a Catering Manager, Catering Supervisor and Event Consultant as well as a dining facility and event venue at the Changi Sailing Club in the East.
Its owner Sam Dela Rosa whose passion is to share others with food,  together with team of dedicated and professional staff are responsible for all your catering need and ensuring your event runs smoothly and without a hitch.

In addition,  Flavours ‘n’ SpicesPeranakan Cuisine offers its clients a wide range of other services, from sourcing catering venue to organising various theme parties such as Peranakan Theme Event (which is regularly hosted at the Peranakan Museum), Wedding Anniversary, Birthdays and Beach Party.
Our reputation has been built on our customers’ satisfaction, attention to details and exquisite food and buffet layout presentation.
