Incorporated in 1994, CS Maintenance Services (CS) started as a cleaning sub-contractor, involving in many cleaning projects in shopping malls, condominiums, factories, schools and industrial buildings. It soon established a reputation as a responsive, reliable and competent outfit within the cleaning industry.

Three years on, amidst the devastation of the Asian Economic Crisis, CS saw the potential in expanding its repertoire of services to its clientele. Understanding that tough times are the best times to innovate, CS went against the conventional wisdom of cutting back and waiting out the crisis. Instead CS expanded its services to include Landscaping, Pest Control and Waste Disposal to complement its core business of Cleaning. This decision of providing a one-stop solution proved to be a hit with customers seeking quality results and convenience.

Today, helmed by its robust growth, CS has further entrenched itself as one of the most reliable and forward-looking cleaning companies in Singapore.
